John Thomas Dzialo

John T Dzialo John T. Dzialo has 40 years experience in litigating real estate and mortgage lending cases. He has served nearly 20 years as General Counsel to a number of California mortgage lenders, bankers and real estate developers. John is widely recognized for his skills in handling complex cases and cutting to the heart of critical issues. A graduate of the John Marshall School of Law in Chicago, Illinois, he is licensed in both Illinois and California, and admitted to practice in both State and Federal courts.
 

David L. Chaffin

DavidAfter graduating from Chapman University School of Law in 2008 and earning a BS and an MBA from the University of California, Riverside, David has worked extensively in and out of the courtroom representing both lenders and borrowers in a vast number of mortgage and foreclosure litigation matters. David has an especially strong understanding of the substantive law affecting real estate, business and consumer protection. David has successfully resolved a large number of cases through litigation and settlements leading to the resolution of difficult cases through loan modifications, short sales, deed in lieu of foreclosure, forbearance agreements or other means of settlement. While in law school, David served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Mitchel R. Goldberg of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.

Pamela G. Lacey

Pamela G. Lacey has been in practice over 30 years and handles primarily civil and trust litigation, employment and personal injury matters. She graduated from Loyola Law School a long time ago and from Cal Poly Pomona, cum laude, even longer ago. She enjoys trial work and is grateful to be Of Counsel to the Law Offices of John T. Dzialo.
